FEES

We charge based on the number of words/characters in the original documents. You can check our basic rates here.

The rates and charges shown are in Japanese yen, but we can accept payments in USD, EUR and GBP.

Please inquire if you have special needs.

Guide	7,800 JPY for a A4-size sheet document	9,000 JPY for a letter with 500 words	2,000 JPY for a letter with 200 words
Proofreading (English documents)	10 to 16 JPY We can error-check, edit or re-write documents written in English or Japanese without translation.
Express charge	We charge an extra 30% if you need the translation done in the same day. See Fees and charges for more details.
Payment	Fees are payable by bank transfer or PayPal. *Note that payments via PayPal will have an added 4% of handling charge.
Need discussion?	Value-added tax is inclusive. If you would like to discuss the fees, please write to us.

We can handle various types of writing and documents, but some projects necessitate extra work such as transcription and preparation of numbered chart. We may ask for a payment for these tasks. See Fees and charges for more details.
